Message and data rates may apply. You acknowledge that your consent is not required as a condition of purchase.

You may opt out of receiving future text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message from us or by contacting us at contact@LomitaNotary.com. After you send “STOP”, we may send a final confirmation message, but you will receive no further texts unless you re-opt in.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time. We will maintain records of your consent, including the method, date, time, and content of the consent received, in compliance with applicable laws (including the TCPA) and carrier guidelines.

If you change your mobile number, you are responsible for notifying us to ensure continued or discontinued communications.
